Help! I can not log in!

I installed catacombs eu 1.88 and patched it and the uthgard launcher and every time I launch the uthgard launcher it loads and tells me i have an incorrect password and prompts me to exit. how do i fix this

best suggestion i have is to make a new account + psw
remember speciel language letters cant be used like ÆØÅ + german letters etc because they come up like @ or something wierd in the database (not sure how it works but when i used danish letters as psw i could only log into my account once) if its nothing like that, is capslock on? :p |

If its the first time for you to log in, the account name may be already take by someone else. Just try another one. Common names might be already taken.
