Every time a quest sends me into Camelot I crash to desktop, today while looking for someone to hand an item to, I crashed and came back in. I ran around to some area with practice dolls or something similar, then fall into a whole under the city of pure whiteness lol. It tells me something about bug abuse, moves me by the magus shop, and crashes to the desktop once again. Camelot is now the only place I crash, out in the hills I have completely stopped crashing after screwing around with drivers, getting one for the motherboard and the dual core processor as described on the DAoC main site.

put daoc on one of the cores only (u can do this by ctrl+alt+del,processes) and try again. how about other ram-eating programs in the back?im running dualcore as well,and never had any problems.

Windows XP.

Occasionally I have firefox running behind it, but usually nothing is really running aside from DAoC. I will try out getting it to run on a single core and seeing if that indeed helps me.

Ranging between 30seconds to 5minutes without a crash in Camelot gets old when your looking for quest people lol.
