Does Pom & Serenity work in combat or only when you are out of combat ?

POM and serenity (they stack btw) are always active regardles you are in combat or sitting.
However when you are sitting, you regenerate x amount of mana (modified by POM and serenity) every 6 seconds, when standing every 12 seconds and when in combat every 30 seconds. Hope that answers the question.
