Does disease effect half also ignore pain/healer istant spells?

I guess IP it doesnt affect but instant Heals. But not 100% sure bout it

The short answer is no. RA like IP and instant healing spell are giving a % of the target overall health. And the desease only affect heal with a certain amount of hp recovered. Regards. |

Not rly,Instant heals get nerfed by deasease even though they heal % instead of a fix HP,so IP and FA should be affected too.
