No GM's were on but found an interesting duo in CM. Watched them for about 30 min. Very automated in their actions. BM would always target nearest and fire regardless of it was in combat with our group or not. After firing bow they would enter combat with blades and stand there till the mob died since it was out of range. Like clockwork after a fight bard would hit pow song, heal, bm would sit. Stand rinse and repeat.

Characters in questions are

Insoucieuze
Judicieuze

Been playing many years, blatant macro farming. At least they were smart enough to do it off peak and when no GM's are around. I do have some screenshots but those wont do justice what simply watching them will show. I was grouped farming with Xivion, he can attest to the exploitation as well.

Some of us work for the levels we have...hope this earns a ban at least

Even if you're right pls next time first /send them. If they still dont respond make /call gm. Blaming and posting players nicks without any evidence of guilty is not the best idea :)

Kinda already had strong suspicions about that. I know them irl being their classmate and campus neighbour. Started on Uthgard with them, actually they have been purged from Exode a while ago... Sorry for having brought them here.

But don't blame Exode for people we kicked !

I have pics, I walked down there and was interested in this strange behavior. I would have never posted anything but it ****** me off at how robotic it looked. It is scary to think there is a macro program out there this advanced.

I did send them tells and talked in /say. I also killed the whole room of mobs and the Blademaster was still trying to use her bow to pull from the mobs attacking my pet. I have a pic but it really doesnt prove anything.

Audacieuze isn't in exode anymore either as a matter of facts... but since our names are close I guess it's normal for people to link us together so no hard feelings. :)

We did send tells to them, private and out loud. I wasn't real clear in the initial post about no GM's being on....should have read we did /call gm....however after an hour of watching these to take advantage of things it would be fair to assume the GM's were not around.

If players don't want people calling them out for being lazy and taking advantage of exploits and cheats to get ahead heres a novel idea....don't do it 8)

To the credit of other replies as well...the two mentioned here were not in a guild, even if they were it is never the guild to blame, only the player.

Well...still the wrong way to go. The forum should not be the place to post such things and accuse people.

Sure, the case seems to be really clear, but still no reason to post it here. Just inform a staff member ingame or, if none is online, in the IRC or even with PM in the forum.

But no open witch hunts - even if they may seem 100% right...

Blaming the people right here or even send us PMs on the forum is no reason for us to ban people. We are the one who have to see and test it. A screenshot is no evidence for us even if more people saw it.

Even if you get the message by a /callgm that no GM is online at the moment we might have left our IRC Client online by going to sleep so that we are able to read it on the next day and check those calls on another time.

So far,

Kuxi
