Hi,

Few weeks ago i updated my computer. Since then i had problems playing DAoC on your server. I play Darkness Rising cliend 1.89 patch. I did all i could find on your forum about proper installation and game lunching. Still i have such problems :
- First i get a lot disconnets. They used to be random before , but now they occure like after 1 minute online. I used to ping your server to check connection. First like a month ago i used to have some breaks in conection like 1 on 10 pings. Now connection with your server is smooth. No missing data, but i have DC like on instant when i log in.
- Second thing is when i character menu i try to create new character sometimes i have blackouts for few sec. Friends told me its connection problem. Also characters i have shiver and i assume its caused by connection problems too.
- Third thing is when i log in my character and mobs disappears for second or two all the time. Same thing happens to mobs.

First i thought it was my computer problem. But i have good enough computer to play DAoC.
My System data :
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ 2.21 GHz
1.00 GB Ram , graphic GeForce 8500 GT
My internet connection is quite big. I can upload and download data with avarage speed of 800 KBit /s. ( Happens twice faster )

And here is my question. Is there possibility to take a look at my connection with your server from your side. Im not skilled enough to check all. I just would like you to take a look at connetion of my client when i log in. If its not a problem we could set a day and hour to take a look at that. I would be very thankful for your help.

Try opening tcp and udp uthgard ports (search UDP in forum)
and get better dns.

I opened all ports that are required. My router has UPnP enabled and I opened ports for DAoC manualy. I believe its not my router problem. I play other online mmo with no problem. In all otther games pings are ok.

try to run daoc with only one core of your cpu, i remember that ozerdin got problems with daoc and (amd-)dualcore

It can be a PC problem but in Uthgard has been some lags in last days ( http://www.uthgard.the-bart.org/modules ... pic&t=6781 )

I think if u get LD every min, it is your problem
