Blue I am in NA Ohio, the lags and LDs are really bad, this is new, generally never have any connection problems. We do have a very powerful storm on the east coast, not sure if that would matter, it hasn't before.

Washington, USA (West Coast, not DC)

I'll run the tool up to 1000 packets next time I get an issue and see whats up, this time to server.uthgard.net rather than webserv.

People in this thread seam to think Blue can fix internet issues. He cant. However he can get his host provider to fix SOME of these issues IF he can show them what the problem is. His provider won't make any changes based on a single trace route. Provide Blue with the 1000 WINmtr trace that he can forward to his provider.

Yes, it's hard to believe that Uthgard is ALSO a customer and needs to provide proof to their provider to get things changed. Yet, that's the way it works.

Of course, but most of us can't tell if the issue is the server itself or the routing to the server - most people don't know the difference. If he's willing to entertain a look and it helps, I'll send em in.

Here is one I left running for awhile. It took me a good 4-5 /quits in a row to get my character to stop getting the "stop moving" messages back.

Yea, I think we do not know what could be the source of our shared symptoms. All we know is that something has changed recently to cause them. I supplied Blue via PM the network info he asked for. I know he is not responsible for ISP issues but we could use his help in making the determination if it is ISP or server related. It could very well be server related as it seems to be similar to the issues all of Albion was experiencing at server launch. Just better to provide more info than less. Support seems to be the correct forum for this.

Gil what is your problem?

Blue asked a question where are the people affected from, and that's what we are doing so please relax and go troll on a different thread, thank you.

Detroit Area, MI, USA here. Same issue.

I am also a ATT Uverse customer... interesting. I will download WINmtr when I get home and run the requested operations by Blue.

Any help on this would be appreciated, it is sporadic, but significantly affects combat. Can't fight when you can use any cast ability while monsters/players teleport towards you and beat on you.

Please also provide details about the symptoms you experienced and when and how often that happens.

He did ask where you were located but he also asked for 1000 WINmtr so he has some data to pass on to his provider.
