does anyone know what the trophy potions do and where i can obtain the ingredients that arent available at the alchemist merchants in Jordheim?

things like:
Rough Degreaser

are these monster drops or can they be purchased, etc.?

i appreciate that, although it does everything but give the effects of the trophy potions, it gives effects of everything else though.
