I'm having trouble getting the last name i want, im lvl 23 and i have over 600 in a tradeskill, so i know that im qualified on that lvl, when i follow the instructions of the name registrar and type in a last name, it doesnt do anything, am i doing something wrong?

You target the lastname registrar and type /lastname <example> right?
It is buggy so you have to do it for a few times... For my Twink I tried it almost 20 times until it worked. Shaden |

is he supposed to say your last name has been cleared? (still trying and so far nothing)

Yes, thats what he says if it doesn't work.
If it works he says "Your last name has been set" or something like this. If it still doesn't work ask an admin or gm to set your last name. Shaden |
