accoun niglet and niglet1 says im banned but there isnt a post about it under bann section

you might have entered your password too many times incorrectly. therefore 1h ban

i waited and used the recover password thing on the website, but it still says tht this account is banned from servre type on both my accounts, but under the ban forum theres nothin about me on there. That is why i am confused please help

Well, first of all, this is the wrong section. Way better to ask in the support Forums.

And about a ban... I´m not really sure. But i think, in the bans-forums, the names are mostly the char-names, not the Account-Names

Moved to the correct subforum. The most likely cause is a timed ban for too many login attempts with wrong passwords (1h ban at first, then 24h if the next try is still wrong... someone please correct me on the latter!).

Also, as Dingiva said, the account names will not be mentioned in the Bans forum, but the names of the characters that caused the infraction. Feel free to join IRC and talk directly to a member of staff (designated by the [Uth] prefix, be aware that [Uth]Support is a bot however).
