i use 1.84, i know it's bugged but till now i managed to use it

if i look at this site http://apothecary.4t.com/
i find lvl 25 reactive procs, like reactive ablative fine alloy tincture

but it is not in my list, i can't make reactives under lvl 40

are they not implemented yet? or is it the 1.84 thats buggy?

uthgard is pre 1.8x... so its not implemented, reactive procs are only lvl 40+ available :)
