I recently posted about this problem but cancelled out any requested help...which i should not have done

I am now having the same problem once again.

I wped 2 hard drives, mine and my wifes....and lost my password info for mine and my wifes accounts.

We thought we used the same as the login here at uthgard's site when we registered...apparently not.

How can we go about retrieving our passwords for our accounts? I really dont know if this is the correct place to post this request, but we figured we'd give it a shot.

IS there a password retrieval system other than the one for uthgard website?

anyone have any ideas or wish to 'chime' in?

I have tried /callgm a few times...but there is always the return text....no gm's ongame.

Maybe try again now - the irc network is online again, so your gmcall will reach more staffmembers

Use left menu -> IRC

Try to contact Kazuki or bluethryd, these are the ones who may change your
pw if you somehow can proof that the accounts are yours. A proof would for
example be your posting within the "2 players using one connection" topic
where you listed these accounts (think you did).

A ingame /callgm usually is for ingame purposes/support, so I can only recommend
to directly talk to the above listed gm/admin.

yes..i am trying /callgm....but i think the majority of the time, no-one is on when Im on. tried /callgm today and was on for 3 hours without a "no gm ongame" message...but i surmize they were busy.

Im just glad I still have an old crappy comp with the mythic files and pword/account info locked in the patcher/loader.

without that...i wouldn't even be able to log in to use /callgm

and yes...that was me that listed my family's accounts(me,wife and kids), in the forum you mentioned a while back.

we got jailed and had to prove we were all at seperate comps playing independantly. was a funny day, all of us jumped the 8's and dueled and chatted whilst doing so. was fun.

we are the toons that are all the 'tolwyn's. but alas, as i mentioned in that original post, i am the only one left playing with my wife touching the comp once or twice a week. hence only one account has a top lvl of 30 and wifes account is still at lvl10 and it has been a couple of months playing.....we are ubah players huh .... kids dont bother anymore.

but anyway....ty for the response...i'll just wait and hope to get a reply in the coming days...weeks hehe

well, we went back to the list of 'tried' passwords yet again....and f-i-n-a-l-l-y we figured out what we must have done.

all is good now...passwords positively known and written down now.
