Okay so here's what happened:

Catacombs was too graphic-intense for my pc (it sux, i know). So i download and install TOA. but when i try to use the launcher for TOA it doesn't work. (I installed a new one in the same spot in the TOA folder that i did in the catacombs folder, C:/Mythic/Catacombs or C:/Mythic/Atlantis

Please help me!!!

Does it give you an error info? Which version are you using?

Okay the error reads this:

Camelot has encountered an error and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It's just the normal Windows error reply.

I'm not sure how to check what version I'm using, but when I start the updater for TOA/Catacombs it says v1.64. BUT when I started Catacombs it said v1.89..... so im not really sure. but whatever version it was Catacombs worked fine, I connected to the server and everything.... just for some reason TOA won't work.

The version discrepancy is because you compare the updater (1.64) to the actual game version (1.89). The error message hints on a problem with your TOA installation. I'd recommend to perform another update via camelot.exe with the option Do complete file-check enabled.

Open your update.dat with the editor and insert:

patch.camelot-europe.com:1280/updates/english/atlantis/mpatch.dat
patch.camelot-europe.com:1280/updates/english/atlantis/mpatch.dat

There mustn't be anything else in the update.dat but this. After that, as T-Man described, hit the camelot.exe and you will update to the english, european version 1.87.
