You can get all the pre reqs in one place.
Installing all the compatible frameworks at once is possible using a package called All in One Runtimes. It installs all the common runtimes in Windows along with different versions of .NET Framework. The only issue is that the site as well as the software are in German language, but If you use chrome it translates.
