The expansion the Labyrinth of the Minotaur is compatible or better I do not install it?

U can install it but it isnt needed 8)

I have update to LotM, but I see no graphical change to Darkness Rising.
I would not recommend to update from DR to LotM. If you have an expansion before DR, its up to you.

I have the Darkness Rising and for what I read I am not necessary to install that of the LotM.
