First of all, thank you very much for your hard work and your time that you have invested in Uthgard.
The focus in life has changed for many Gm's (family and work) and you have very little time to look after Uthgard or you are inactive.
To keep Uthgard alive it would be time to add 2-3 active Gm's to your team to to fix bugs and implement events in the game.
Maybe there are a few people who would strengthen your team.
Maybe the "new" Gm's Genjiro can work and there would be a connection to the players again.
Everything can be done in coordination with the Stamm Gm's.
It's just a suggestion and I think a lot of players would thank you guys.
