Hi,

my ranger is now 24 and going to 30. So i need some gear. For crafted armor there is no sense and no money since i cant stay after 2L0, but anyway, no money. So, i got 2 rings from drakes, jewel from scorps in braemar, i will get vest from trainer. For other things, should i get df armor? Also, its kinda hard farm seals cause mid have df most of time now. And i'm wondering what mob could drop some decent neck/bracer and some reinforced armor. Is drop armor > df armor?

Thanks

EDIT: about Scratch's Pulsating Ring, it has lvl 49 charge, no sense imo, maybe change charge to some lvl 30?

I believe your problem is similar to the one here.

Don't really know what to tell you items, really. Been a long time since I was restricted to classic areas. As a ranger, I imagine it's hard to find a group, but if you can get one together, if I remember correctly, Cursed Forest has some decent camps with decent item drops. There's also always Coruscating *SP* Mines outside Druim Cain, and of course Darkness Falls.

I don't tend to recall that Coruscating Mines had too great of drops, but it's a place to start, none-the-less.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Edit:
Another place I can think of, is a Dungeon outside Druim Ligen in the zone to the North of the North Entrance. It's alongside the zone-wall to the left. I believe the level is 25-35. Big dungeon, and not camped alot.

Edit #2:
To your question about DF Armor > Dropped Armor...
It's hard to say. DF Armor will of course be better then regular dropped armor. At the same time, there's other drop items that are better then DF Armor. It's a give, and take situation.
