Everytime i login it loads the location for 2 min then closes the game what should i do to solve that problem.

Do you have enabled the tutorial? Please check your options in the character selection screen. If it is selected you have to disable it since Uthgard does not support it. If not which location (the area name should be listed under your character name) are you talking about?
