Account chooser to 2nd account crashes network

Hi All
Very weird error here, not sure when it started, but it makes me unable to play my 2nd account through account chooser. I can play main account from play button, no problems. If I use account chooser and choose 2nd account, I get a instant message about connection was terminated and my network card is deactivated! Only a reboot can fix it, network card refuses to re-activate without a reboot first. Some times network card works from reboot, other times I have to manually re-activate it. Uthgard 2.0 auto-bestiary Zones, maps, monsters, locations, items, drop rates and statistics.

So after reboot it works? Could you try to setup the launcher on another computer/notebook for a test?

It repeats the save error after reboot, on my PC.
I just tried installing daoc+uthgard from scratch on laptop, and it works with 2nd account. So I think its something with firewall, windows defender, my router maybe? (but nothing changed since it worked) or maybe admin rights for 2nd account launcher? Got some ideas from the installation on laptop.
