On live crafted armor of a 99 quality had the same imbue points that armor of masterpiece quality had when it came to spellcrafting and designing your templates.

Is Uthgard on this same system or is it on the old system where they were all different?

99% armor = 28 imbue points, mp armor 32 imbuepoints.

Why don't people never check this themselves...

As I posted, I am aware of how it is on the live servers...its a been a while since I've done any template work. Should also note this is a private server...thus having a degree of control over what is implemented and how and this may not have been an adopted change. In my short few weeks of playing here crafted gear and thinking of spellcraft really hasn't been an issue. Generally I would check myself, however since you asked...my general play time yields very few players due to the time I get to play. Its odd to think a toon less then 10 may not know much about spell craft, or even crafting while they whack away on a beetle, but they do.

Ty for the info, forum would generally be a suitable place to ask such things.

Its more about the fact that ppl always ask for changes pre 1.80 when its easy to find out that those things won´t be implemented.Just use the search function. After a while it gets kinda annoying to post the same things over and over again.Guess thats what T-Man ment.

Yeah, maybe my wording was a bit ambiguous. It has been stated every now and then that Uthgard wants to be a Classic server. Anything that has changed (and ruined) Live servers after 1.80 is not what we want to see here. Nevertheless, people always try to convince us that the one thing they want - although introduced later on Live - should be implemented here, too.

With checking I referred to searching the patch notes, not crafting a couple of armors to find out imbue values.
Happy hunting!

When I got home I re read my post....didn't mean for it to come across as bitter as I felt it did. Sorry about that.

I played live since before they added horses in, and over the years seen some spectacularly horrible things implemented that eventually turned me off to what they did there....hence my new home here. I would hope that Uthgard would never end up where they did on live...that would truly be a tragedy.

With checking and reading patch notes it, as stated, can sometimes be an over whelming task. Mythic was notorious for patching, re-patching, re-pathching, re-patching....until you had 50 revisions on the same initial idea. It would even be common place to go back to previous patches and change something they added before. At times it makes it tough to tell what really came into play and when it happened.

Sorry if the posts seem redundant with the quickie questions but getting involved and asking here is quick and painless....plus it shows I visit the forums
