I do not have a house and I'm working on templating my first level 50 character - what I do have is RA and Skill respec stones from the dragon which I am happy to sell at a discount in order to fund the template and finally hit the frontiers Currently have: 5x Luminescent Exeregum Stone (RA) The RA stones are going for 400g.
