Probleme de connection

Bonjour,

Voila j ai un probleme avec la connection au jeu

Lors du chargement un message apparait

Your account has no access to any games

Suis je banni du serveur ou bien y a t il un probleme avec le lanceur?

Pour voir si tu as été banni, vas dans la section : Ban Information
Poulivore : Weak Singer
Maelig : Endangered species

J'ai jamais eu ce message je sais pas trop ce qu'il veut dire ^^ As-tu essayé de te connecter sur un autre compte ?
I am assuming direct control.
