most of the sc-templates actually used dont need the real high gems with 800+ skill (some even stick with 699 skill and less gems)...
now my question: gem-quality is important for OC, so does the quality-issue (99/100% items only at 1000+ skill) also count for SCs?...if not an SC with like 700 skill should be able to do almost everything... or did I miss something there?  |

On overchage items, you must use 4x99% gems or 1x100%+1x98%+2x99% it works to.
On none overcharge items, the quality doesn't matter so you can use every quality gems |

u really didn't read what i wrote...what u just told me quite basic sc-knowledge, i think...my question was, whether i need skill 1000+ to get 99 or 100% items, which is the case to AC, WC, tailor and fletcher... |

You dont need skill 1000+ to craft 1- as u say 700 gems with quality 99/100.
The Problem is, you cant overcharge with this "low" skill. |
