Anyone selling lvl 51 99% Flute, Lute, Drum?

From my own experience I would take 100% Lute & Drum - its a bit more expensive but when it comes to twisting with 99% Instruments the Enduchant is not long enough to keep sprinting all the time :(

Ah ok so the duration of the song is connected to the instrument quality?
I was wondering why I could use endu+speed at some days and the other days I couldnt :)

Edit: Just saw a grab bag that quality is only important for imbue points, and item lvl gives the pulse time bonus?

Look for Laik, he usually has instruments to sell, and takes Fletching orders in TNN.
