All skills also capped ( thrust, dw, shield, parry )
Items are : Bracelet of the wind, Shark bracer, Ring of the granite, Verdant ornate ring, Stone of evil emanation, Belt of granite enhancement, Exquisite avernal necklace, and cloak of the eart.
