Crafting on one char

Can we get all craft skills up to LGM on one char now or do we still need individual chars for each skill?

(sorry for n00b questions. I have searched the forums, but not found an answer)

For each skill SC, Alchy, AC, WC, Tailor, Fletcher u need a new Char.
Subskills like woodworking, Metalworking etc. can be capped on 1 char
