Spellcrafting Question

Hey Folks,

Got a question about the Imbue Points for Spellcrafting are they influenced by Armor/Weapon Quality?

FE: Lvl 46 Thick Padded Cloth Torso(Wyvernskin) should have around 28 Imbue Points at 100%
is the Imbue Point value going down with lower Quality?

I do not remember the correct value but a lower quality had a lower amount of imbue points

28 is 99%, 100% gives 32 imbue points
iirc depends on lvl of item and quality
