Recipe for Rough and Clout (Blunt) Arrows may be incorrect

These recipes calls for Hawk Feathers, but should it be Crow Feathers at this tier? I don't have a data file to back up this claim -- more of a question as to whether anyone has data to verify? Pricing for materials seems a bit off (as in high) for the tier.
