Leather armour used to craft scale

Hi, im a hib armour crafter and ive been buying the leather pieces to craft scale with, out beside the Green pub.
I have been able to buy all the leather pieces up to embossed there in TNN. I have reached imbued now and can't find where I buy these pieces from. Can anyone help? Thankyou |

- Ask a friend to do the inlays for you - Rerol a tailor and do the job yourself |
