As far as i understand, quotes above is saying that we should combine 4 jewels at once, right?
And is this true?

I saw a video from DAoC official channel that explains to combine 3 jewels first, and then add another 1 in the last.
But I'm not quite sure that is how it works in Uthgard cuz the video was uploaded in 2015.

Can sb explain this for me?

If u oc than its important that u do the sc in once because evry missing gem in the progress is count as 94%.
If u imbue 3 gems first the empty slot is count as 94% gem and its decrease your chance to success. If you add the last gem the other 3 slots is count as 94% also, doesnt matter which quality the gems had.
