What are fair prices for a sc?

Yeah one of our guild scers also charge 100g + cost and 150g + cost for outside of guild. But she also mentioned sometimes with bad luck she once had 300g + cost if unlucky but sometimes can be lower than 100g cost which would make it 250g.
