Dear all,

Quick post to ask for your help :
I have been using KORT's SC Calculator for a couple of years now, but for some reason, for a couple of days, when trying to open the software, the window of the software doesn't show up , though the programs loads itself and goes in the task bar as usual.
But I just can't see the window, the actual software on my screen.
I tried to reinstall, alt tab, install new versions, former versions etc... can't get it to work..

Did anyone encountered that problem before ?

Many Thanks in advance !
Yehm

Not familiar with the program myself, since I never SC... so hm.

Are you able to see it in the task manager/applications? Try to rightclick on the process and "Maximize" it?
What is the basis for it? Could the framework need updated/reinstalled? eg: java?

I have this exact same problem - randomly, out of the blue.... anyone ever figure out how to fix this?

:: EDIT :: Uninstall/reinstall did not work :(

:: EDIT2:: SOLVED!!!!!! - the window was there, its positioning was apparently just F'ed up. Shift+Right click on it while its open and minimized in task bar. Click Move, then use the ARROW KEYS to move the window back into the center of your screen (it needed to go down and right for me)

That's exactly what happened to me, too.
I just gave up and deleted Kort's.
Now started using Mora's....

Maybe I could have fixed it if I saw Glunkle's post in advance :P

Mora's isn't bad... if you speak German lol. Even the English version is like 1/3 German text :hammer:

But yeh, Kort's 1.45 all day long for me.
