The Reactive recipe at what level skill in Alchemy will I expect to make some of these effects?

I looked at the web site The Old Apothecary and it starts at skill level 805 but at the Uthgard I don't see it, it's still Grey to me without any recipe to see and my alchemy level is at 905.

Again the question is when will I see it to begin making these particular effects like absorption and more?

dont really remember at what lvl they start showing up but i think something like 25 or 30 skillpoints before

Thank you Esme, but Uthgard server the Alchemy Reactive recipe is still grayed out with no recipe.

what craftskill do you have?

the first reactive proccs you can do on uthgard are lvl 40 dd proccs
the first one is skill 969
the others like cele / hardening / ablative ect. are lvl 47 and in order to craft these you need to be 1050 +

Close to it, will have to work on getting there very soon been doing 4 other crafting most by myself because my family has been busy lately and lazy.

Alchemy is at 906 now which is easy to level but can be expensive.
