Are you sure that this is not brimstone? Because basalt weapons should have lifetap proc?

drain proc chance is soooo low... or im so unlucky, 1 proc each 13 hits (average)

as far as i know the proc rate on live server should be (average) one proc each 15 swings ...(that was on SI times, when i read this info)
