I have a question.

The Daoc Portal dont work for me.

I dont make a install, just copy the DAOC folder from PC to another PC.

Could be this the problem? is recommended make a full install to use Daoc portal?

not a bug from the craft fix but from the database telling the server what salavaging gives what hinge/leather/etc

Run as administrator the daoc-portal, i think you probably just upgraded to vista or windows 7. But if you just copy the files as in the 1st post, it will aslo good.

i tried to install the mod, its not working. I downloaded the craftfix.dmm file and made a folder called mods in the daoc folder. I go to daoc mod manager and it shows no mods.

Craftfix solves problems with Alchemy, Siegecraft ... and maybe other things I don't know.

Metal conversion does not work on Uth, no matter with or without craftfix. Maybe it came after 1.65? Don't know. But it's not really important anyways. If you want to get rid of metal, craft hinges/brackets and sell them without money loss.
