The thing even worse about Supa is, that the is ruining all the prices and furthermore chances to get items at a decent price by buying off all the stuff that is "under value" and reselling them one by one in his own houses. And now guess where he got the plats from to do such things...

All i can say/recommend is: Don't buy his houses and don't buy from his houses.

please do that! it would give you a much better better view about all this.

what you all dont see, handling a bunch of houses is a lot of work.
you need to be very well self-organizied, or you loose your houses very fast.

buying all the remaining lots in other zones is a hypothetical situation.
you need to be compeltely mad if you would try this... you will 100% crash.

why? all zones outside entrance sector are not interesting to customers.
may be you would be able to make a few hundred gold here and there,
but under the line the work is not worth it.


it's always the same:
you have been too slow or too lazy, but cry loudest about others success.

Already got all the houses I need (in the first zone zomg!), just don't think people should be able to abuse non live like mechanics.

doing business is part of the game. there is absolutely NO secret about such things, many others (with much more money) do the same, even the thread starter (crystalin) did this. no one is forced to buy or sell for prices he dont like.

Tbh. i think it's is another useless crying thread, about some people who claim that Supa is such a bad and greedy person because they rather wanna sit and QQ instead of roamning for a house in the first zone. I guess that Supa isn't playing 24/7 and camping the first zone on all 3 realms? or i might be wrong, Sherlocks please inform me?. Well atleast you have the same chances as him getting the house lots but well guess most of you qqing guys are to lazy, and rather complain about a player who took them infront of you. If you didn't get some of the houses in the first zone by now well how would you ever get one if you're that lazy? If Supa didn't buy them someone else would.

Ive had a house in the first zone in all 3 realms for years and don't have a desire for any more, I just disagree with the mechanic and voice my opinion. If anything, supa buying up all the free 1st zone lots makes my houses less common and more valuable. but its still a bad system.

Supa did nothing wrong. He is offering an elite service for those people who can afford to pay for it. He is a great businessman and his prices are fair. Ive had some dealings with him and he is an honest person who believes his service is valuable and is willing to put up his own money to invest in this opportunity. He is just someone who is using the rules to make money...nothing wrong with that. If you don't like the system then dont blame those who use the system, but instead blame those who put the system in place. We had a great system years ago with the auctioneer, sure it was sometimes buggy, but it was a great way to sell goods without the need of housing. If this is such a big issue then petition the staff to bring back the auctioneer. I for one don't care either way, goods sell whether or not they are close to the HZ entrance or not if they are priced correctly. If you want an elite spot in HZ then go see Supa. Plain and simple.
