I think you could sell the gem more than 50g... It's the best jewel of Albion. Absolutely necesseray for the spellcraft of your last armor.

they drops @ the Goblins in Lyo the lvl is ca 43 its 5 min work for find it -_-

but on albion drops disapear... goblin don't drop anymore, but they did few times ago.as the drops with special names in dartmoor...
