Does +magic skill on crafting limited only to +1?

Titles says it all :)
In online Sc calculator i see i can add up to +10 skill, but on kort spellcraft i can only add +1...
So is that limited on +1 or i can add +4 all magic skills for example?

You can add +1 all magic or +x individual lines.
