Bonus on craftes Items

Which player crafter can enchant player crafted armor oder weapons?
Tested it with leg Spellrafter, Alchimist, Armorcrafter. But it doesn´t work.

Only npc can enchant on 'livelike' uthgard

Player enchanting items is not implemented as we lack a lot of information. There is no difference, other than cost from when a player enchants or the npc. This feature has low priority for implementation.
