can you over write a proc on a weapon

IE- you make a 35 weapon to use from 30-35 and have level 30 proc on it, can you put a 35 proc on it overwriting old one?
Thought I read you would loose old one ...

Thnx. I read the Alc guide and it said you could, guess it wasnt what is on this server..

I wish they would get this either old school (get rid of horses, expanded classes) or make it so everything works like it did at that time.. :( Heck just found out cant make anything but single potions, should of deleted all barrels/bottles if new players cant make them :(
