can you over write a proc on a weapon

IE- you make a 35 weapon to use from 30-35 and have level 30 proc on it, can you put a 35 proc on it overwriting old one?
Thought I read you would loose old one ... Can you? thnx Druid lover at heart!

Thnx. I read the Alc guide and it said you could, guess it wasnt what is on this server..
I wish they would get this either old school (get rid of horses, expanded classes) or make it so everything works like it did at that time..  Heck just found out cant make anything but single potions, should of deleted all barrels/bottles if new players cant make them Sorry grumpy.. but thnx Druid lover at heart!
