I am taking an extended absence from this game, and have no need for my empire of alchemy shops. I have a total of 9 cottages I am putting up for sale, located throughout Erikstaad, and Carlingford zones. Unfortunately big alchemy business requires tons of consignment merchant space, which is why I had so many houses to begin with. Anyways, I am selling all my houses for pretty cheap. ALL 9 houses have the porch add-on & currently 80g in lockboxes. Some are next to each other!

SAVE 500g porch deed, 300g Lot fee, & 80g lockbox (880g SAVINGS) on Carlingford homes.

Carlingford homes = 1plat each.
