I'm wondering if they have been removed or not in this patch at all. I have a 1022 Weapon Crafter with 1015 Metalworking and they are nowhere to be found. I was under the impression we had access to these from 75-975 skill. Can anyone enlighten me please?

I've also noticed the "FREE" equipment is no longer able to be salvaged.
