Hibernian Reinforced strips can be trinketed

In case there are any people like me out there that didnt know reinforced armor strips can be trinketed. The tempered scales under metalworking will trinket the strips into hinges. The names of the tempered scales are the regular metal names so you will have to figure out the level of the strip and use the equivalent tempered scale.

So you mean the scales need strips and not bars to craft? For me all say they need 20 metal bars.

That is correct. The delve is either wrong, or the recipe is using strips instead. There is an issue tracker to try and fix this.
