How do I get alchemy to work? The merchant doesn't sell the items listed in the recipes. I've tried searching forum and everything I can see is from like 2012 and I'm not even sure its still valid. What i can find all it says is I need craftftix. Well what is craftfix and how/where do i get it? Do i still need it even? What am i doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

How did you launch the game? It honestly sounds like you didn't patch. Have you used this installation of DAoC for anything other than patching the live game and then Uthgard?

followed the instructions on the Getting Started guide. You think i need to rerun the patcher is the problem?

I mean you run the patcher every time you log in. It sounds like you used either a very old or previously used daoc client and something is out of wack. If you did a fresh install I would be really surprised.

yes it was a fresh dl of daoc off the website just a couple weeks ago. Never been used for anything but this server, never even logged onto the live servers. I launch the patcher every time i log in.

edit: Just now deleted my daoc folder. Downloaded a fresh copy off the daoc website. Ran the uthgard patcher/launcher and i still get the same problem. The recipe i see for minor lethal poison is 1 distilled honeybee venom, 1 thin glass vial, and 1 rotted flaxseed extract. Holvsi Halllgrim sells none of those items to me. Is there another merchant and i'm using the wrong one?

You have seen that the merchant has more pages ? Didnt recogniced it first because there is a scrollbar AND more pages.

Trying scrolling down and changing the merchant pages - this confuses a lot of people, more than most would admit...

in the House in Jordheim is more then one NPC the one at the backroom (i think) is selling the stuff you are looking for
