Crafter Tools in Relic Keeps

Now that a 25% crafting speed bonus was added in relic keeps, did they also add all tools, such as lathe and forge? Or is this bonus only for tailors?

is the craft bonus not only in bledmeer? There is a forge + lathe.. but sadly no vault , so no AC there :/ (or no chain)

Its Caer Benowyc for Alb, so pretty much useless w/o speed, I screw the idea :)

Takes about 4-6 minutes to get there from snow if we own surs and eras for hastener refreshes and endo4 pot +lw1 for perma sprint.
Not too bad.

The bonus only works on the HW/Odins/Emain keeps that u own.
