Hi there, curious if the power steal weapon proc actually steals power from your enemy or if it just refills your power after damaging them? Thank you

There is a power steal weapon proc?

I looked around online for some more information about it but from what I found it's kind of misleading, I don't think it actually steals power... It appears like it just does damage and refills some of your own power which isn't as cool. I am gonna test it eventually and will let you know.

The proc I am talking about is the last one on this list... it seems like there's an armor reactive that does this too but I haven't even checked if either are available on uthgard yet, just seemed like a cool thing if it actually steals power.

No, there is no Omni (Drain) Proc in this game, yet...the Melee Health Buffer (Ablative) is all we have here...

Really no omni procs at all? Or just no power steal proc?
