I just took the table from Prissy's Guide to Alchemy and put it in my spreadsheet application to calculate the costs to raise the skill.

The 3rd column is what you pay to get up to that skill (if you sell to NPC).

I assume that you train on yellow range recipes with 47% chance to raise skill. (You can change that value if you load the table in your own speadsheet application)
