questions about wep carfting

can someone pls tell me where i can get mithril metal bars and runewood wooden boards ? i searched all merchants in jord and didnt find any ... and is the 500 skill wepon carfting quest implented ? i cant start it ...

mithril and runewood you can find next to the mularn exit in that little round house with the troll merchant in front.
and no crafting quests are not implemented as far as i know
