That's all it is at level 50, (unless people in your guild or buddies take pity on your non-determination hybrid). It kinda sucks and is very boring with the lack of group diversity.

friars dont run RvR cause most people are dumb and read forum instead of trying by themselves. Its a good class, with resist, peel and backup heal but forums and patchnote say "no".
that's why it's "no" for most people.

Honsestly with SoS and BoF Albs can run alot of non-cookie cutter setups.

It's not a matter of be dumb or not.
It's just pragmatism. Friar have no room in any setup.
