Can we get something done about CERTAIN RR6 Animitards placing shrooms up on the catwalks of Keeps please when the outer door is NOT down!

Certain RR6 character does it continuously and NOTHING is done about IT!

i know /appeal /appeal /appeal, but it does no good!

actually the GT was not valid, because it was above the characters head and could not be seen, I.E. inside the keep! Turt knows all too well how to Exploit shrooms, how do you thik he got to RR6?

Because the game will regard the shroom as being in air, which has some "funny" affects on melee.

Pretty sure placing shrooms needs LOS to GT.
Some hib can test placing a GT on one side of a wall, and go to the other side and cast a shroom on the GT. I am 99% sure it will say "out of sight".

Animists exploit (I am pretty sure the staff sees this as an exploit) by moving the GT up in the air so their GT is visibel.

NS's can set the GT aswell.

It should not matter if the GT is out of sight.
You can test it, have a NS set a GT on ground on the other side of a building (or even better inside), and try to cast the shroom.

You're right, how bout someone close this stupid ****** thread thats promoting the ban of animists using a ground target as the GMs decided its cool to ban for 14 days for something thats 1/100th as bad as spying/xrealming.

And yes, you should have LOS on GT to set shrooms, every other behaviour is wrong. Only GTAOE works without LOS (and maybe some RA`s like Volley). Air-GT should instant fall down on next floor and then check of LOS with cast. It`s not working like this?

Exploiting like this was banned on live, but i can`t find any position in server rules, so maybe its allowed here. Btw me appealed multiple guys for just warp away from me in fight for 2k locs or just sprinting faster then me, never saw ONE of them banned....i dont think they care about some guys place shrooms or pet in trees, behind zone borders or into keep.

Would like to see first guy just fly arround throwing his fireballs from save heaven position killing whole groups

Not sure what you are talking about. I play multiple times per week. A lot of RvR. It is not true what you are describing, that you will find cheaters regulalry. Staff is very good in keeping them away, since it hurts to anyone to get a char banned that they have to level for 1week play time.
The RvR community is small, ppl will realize very soon if someone is using any kind of speed hacks and report it like you did. Due to this the cheating ratio is very low.
Never the less staff will observe them for a while to be sure. If they have enough evidence they will be perma banned. Otherwise it can also be lag.

where i said i find them regulary? i appelead 5-6 guys since start. rvr mainchar play time is 4 months, 25 days, much solo play. and if someone is one moment front of me, next moment 2k locs away or just sprints faster, its not just laaaaaag, encumbered from debuff or so....and i check bans intensive in forum.

You do groupplay, rarly see u solo, so maybe its more solo cheat problem, then group players?

I hope you realize SOS is a realm ability not a hack but meh at this point I assume you think speed 6 is hacking too.

No still inaccurate I solo and group never seen a speedhacker, but I know the game so I don't call hacks on realm abilities etc...

PS also almost double your /played time and 9L3.
